Summary:

This Policy describes how we obtain and use personal data (which can be used to identify a specific

individual) and anonymous data (which can’t) about our users. Certain provisions of the Policy, which are clearly labelled, apply only to residents of the European Union. We may change this Policy at any time and will post the revised Policy here. We will use certain Personal Data about you (i.e., your name, email for backup service through your apple ID) in order to provide the Services. We try to limit this as much as possible.

2. PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

a. Who We Are: For the purpose of the GDPR, the data controller of your Personal Data (name from your Apple ID present in the App, if you bought cloud service) is BS-Teknik ApS, Plantagevej 83, 5462 Morud, Denmark. You may contact our data protection officer at bso@bsteknik.dk

a. You have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data that the Apps process – we do not receive your data. It´s proceed on your device

b. Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal

Data. If you do not agree on these terms on this paper please, Delete the App

c. Access: We do not hold any personal data from you. All data will be though your Apple ID. And the only thing we ask apple for is your name. Which will be displayed on the login screen if you pay for the cloud service in the Buy in the App. Otherwise there will be no access to the internet
e. Modification: You may modify the Personal Data , your name though Apple ID

f. Erase and Forget. In certain situations, for example when the Personal Data you have stored on the APP, can only be changed and deleted by you. We do not have access to your data, which is stored on “your” part in Apple´s cloud service.
g. Portability: you need a copy of your Personal Data and should go to Your Apple ID and make a copy

What personal data do the App process?

We do not process other than you name. If you have paid for online backup in the system. The name is not stored and will change whenever you change your name on the Apple ID.

The App will only handle personal data if you insert your personal data in the password manager as one of the row´s in the table. We cannot see the data, because it´s stored on your phone or one your “part” of Apple´s cloud service. The App will handle the data on your device (iPad, iPhone)

So, there will not be data will be stored on our site.
